Aaron DesForges serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Pygmy Monk Publications, where he oversees financial strategy, organizational planning, and long-term growth initiatives for the company. With a strong background in accounting, leadership, and analytics, Aaron brings a thoughtful and mission-driven approach to financial management that aligns with the company’s faith-centered vision and values.

Aaron earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where he developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, strategic analysis, and business operations. In addition to his academic background, he has gained experience in tax preparation and organizational leadership, helping individuals and teams navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and integrity.

At Pygmy Monk Publications, Aaron focuses on building sustainable financial strategies that support both operational growth and the company’s broader spiritual and creative mission. Known for his analytical mindset and collaborative leadership style, he is passionate about creating systems that strengthen the organization while supporting meaningful storytelling and faith-based publishing initiatives.

Outside of his professional work, Aaron enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly camping and fishing, where he values the opportunity to disconnect from daily distractions and connect with God through nature. His appreciation for the outdoors reflects the grounded, reflective, and intentional approach he brings to both leadership and life.
